It is often helpful to start your search fairly broad, using general terms such as "diabetes" or "exercise". However, if you find that your search with broad terms such as these returns too many articles, you can then refine your search by include more specific terms, for example, "exercise and falls".
If you have too few results, it may be that your search terms were too narrow or there were too many of them. On the right side of the screen, you can see if there was relevant content for your search in any of the other databases.
